The TZ Project is now connected to the Brazilian electrical grid and beginning to leverage numerous benefits as announced previously on June 1, 2023, including:

- Fixed energy pricing for 2024, 2025 and 2026 at ~25% lower than estimates used in the 2022 Feasibility Study; and

- Guaranteed supply of certified renewable hydroelectric power, with traceability, in line with GMIN's target of being a low CO2 emission gold producer.

Wow, 25% lower than estimates used in the 2022 Feasibility Study. Usually, it's 25% above estimates 😛

The chart is forming nicely. For those not familiar with G Mining, you should look into their track record. These guys know how to build a mine.

It’s right at the Pre-Production Sweet Spot (PPSS) in which you can see some value add. If I am not mistaken, doesn’t Lobo Tiggre say the last three weeks leading up to the start of commercial production is the most material move?

The first trading day of the new year saw a favourable rerate, moving from C$1.44 to C$1.53, and has remained relatively stable since January 3, 2024.

On Monday $GMIN opened at C$1.57 and closed at C$1.56.

Congratulations. Exciting project, no position.

 * Copper Equivalent (CuEq) shown in Tables for drill intersections are calculated on a basis of US$ 3.75/lb for Cu, US$ 1,900/oz for Au, US$ 20/oz for Ag and US$ 25/lb for Mo, with 80% metallurgical recoveries assumed for all metals (Since it’s unclear what metals will be the principal products, assuming different recoveries is premature at this stage). The formula is: CuEq. = Cu % + (Au grade in g/t  x (Au recovery / Cu recovery) x [Au price ÷ 31] / [Cu price x 2200]) + (Ag grade in g/t x  (Ag recovery / Cu recovery) x [Ag price ÷ 31] / [Cu price x 2200] + (Mo grade in %  x (Mo recovery / Cu recovery) x [Mo price x 2200] / [Cu price x 2200]). The assays have not been capped.

$AE had an amazing day as the stock 🚀 to as high as C$0.49 and closed at C$0.40 for a gain of 45.5%.

The average volume is around 288K, while Monday’s volume surged to a significantly higher 5.86M. We currently don’t hold a position in this, but we’re curious about the rock value, considering they provided the annoying copper equivalent.

So, like any lazy person seeking a quick answer, we turned to ChatGPT. [We pulled current metal values from trading economics which is in USD.]

Lara closed Monday at C$0.74 Up C$0.20 (37%)

That's quite a move up following the announcement of a new President/CEO.

Although not holding a position in the company, we like it. The company started strong in 2023, plateaued, and witnessed a descent from Q3 until the end of the year. Clearly, they're starting off strong again in 2024.

Let's see how they perform this year.

Northern Dynasty closed Mondy at C$0.335 Down C$0.185 (35.6%)

A couple of companies that are focusing on commodities outside the norm. They seemed to have flatlined, but maybe there is a pulse here.

Atlas Salt saw its peak at the beginning of January 2023. Let’s see what 2024 has in store for them. If you are interested in salt, it is an interesting company to look into.

The project execution plan will mitigate the risks associated with key elements of the capital construction project, including those which are schedule and cost sensitive as follows:

- Completing the Environmental Assessment (EA) Project Registration.

- Securing all necessary permits for onsite construction.

- Further refining the Feasibility Study (FS) Budget and Schedule to establish a Level III baseline schedule and budget for project execution.

-Assessing and managing hydrological and geotechnical risks with the Main Decline Development.

- Conducting trade-off studies and optimizing risk mitigation strategies for Battery Electric Vehicles and the Oreflow System.

- Selecting equipment and optimization of mine design for enhanced efficiency and throughput.

- Advancing electrical design prior to detailed engineering to secure long-lead electrical equipment.

- Securing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for key underground equipment and mining contractor partnerships.

Did you know countries like Peru send salt to Canada for our ice roads? Dead serious. This project is in Newfoundland.

We do not have a position in Fox River Resources in Wingman’s portfolio, but we are interested in phosphate as we hold a position in First Phosphate.

There are only three publicly traded phosphate plays (to our knowledge), $PHOS, $FOX, and $DAN.

$FOX has Dave Lotan as a shareholder who has been averaging down and the company has a tight share structure. There is not much news lately and maybe there is anticipation of something in the works. This bounce caught our eye.

Stay tuned.

Do you think potash could have a strong year in 2024?

We think there is a good chance.

If so, here is a company with a chart that looks to have flatlined. Maybe the news will put some life into it.
