What I'm buying

It's been a while since my last post, but I've been active in this bull market.

To save us both time, here's what I've been buying recently and why:

Emerita Resources

I still hold this position and plan to continue. It's a waiting game as the verdict on a potentially transformational outcome for the company is nearing.

I expected news between mid-September and mid-October.That window has passed, and I believe we're close to a verdict.

One morning, we could wake up to a trading halt, and you're either in or out. I expect the stock to double on the news, as we're likely to be awarded the Aznalcóllar project.

Sterling Metals

They've made a legitimate new discovery, in my opinion, and the market hasn't fully priced it in yet. I expect a steady climb in the coming months.

North Arrow Minerals

This is true greenfield exploration, and I like it because the thesis is solid, the share structure is now tight, and gold is clearly bullish.

If a true discovery is made, this $6.5 million market cap company could realistically reach $65 million. They're exploring in Botswana, where the Kalahari Desert sands cover >70% of the country. But they're on trend with the Kalgold Mine in South Africa, which hosts over 3 million ounces of gold.

They're using Remote Mapper UAV magnetics technology to target iron formations under the sand, and it seems to be working. They're drilling aggressively and cheaply, with up to 220 shallow RC holes drilled, 66 reported to the market, some showing mineralization:

  • 0.90 g/t Au over 4 m in hole KR25-051

  • 0.43 g/t Au over 10 m (including 0.71 g/t Au over 3 m) in hole KR25-060

As of September 25th, 175 RC holes were completed across 16 target areas covering 45 km of KGB strike length.

In the late-90’s, a first-pass 3,800m Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drill program confirmed gold mineralization over a 10 km strike length of outcropping & interpreted iron formation.

RAB drill results:

  • 13m @ 1.7 g/t Au

  • 21m @ 1 g/t Au

  • 3m @ 5.1 g/t Au

If they hit something similar in this market, given their market cap currently, I expect they will rerate. But just know they are doing very shallow drilling to start and upon success, they will move on to deeper holes.

I really like this one's potential.

Allied Critical Minerals

Tungsten is hot right now, and the East vs. West battle for critical minerals continues.

This Portugal project caught my attention with some incredible grades.

For context, 0.2% wolframite would have been solid.

But:

“Drill hole Bo_RC_14/25 intersects 12.0 metres @ 4.27% WO3 including 6.0 metres @ 8.39% WO3 from 252.00 metres downhole, confirming one of the highest-grade tungsten intercepts reported in Western exploration, especially for high quality wolframite tungsten mineralization. This validates early visual observations and supports the presence of a controlled high-grade breccia corridor.”

They're currently tied up with a $16.25 million LIFE financing. I expect more positive news after the financing closes, and there won't be much time to take a position.

If you like this quick-and-dirty format, let me know, and I'll keep it going weekly.

Thanks!
